Since the mid-90s I have been traveling Australia and NZ to introduce traditional Italian Rustic cuisine in leading cities and regional towns. The structure of the workshop is very simple and hands on so anybody will be able of understanding techniques and  textures.

These classes are mostly described as unique, fun and easy, culturally rich and inspiring.  In regional or small coastal towns we have been using the home economic facilities in schools, so everything is possible.
Classes are limited to a maximum of 20 people or a minimum of 15. Costs vary upon distance traveled. No town is too far for an exciting workshop to happen.

Live shows are a great vehicle to capture people attention. I have been performing in many towns and cities, associated to leading brands and published 2 books.  My shows are a mix of culture, nutritional aspects, comedy and trivia.
